Our Forum Rules

1. Only one account per person is permitted.

2. Check that your question has not been asked or answered already. Read the forum section fully, and use the forum's search feature - not the site's search box.

3. This is a user-to-user support area. Although Boomer's staff act as moderators for these forum, they do so on a volunteer basis.

4. Please post in the appropriate forum, and stay on topic. Any posts deemed to be in the incorrect forum will be moved. Do not cross-post the same question in multiple places - ie. different forums, or multiple times in the same forum. .

5. Please be thoughtful and courteous - this includes no rudeness, foul language, spamming or ranting (to name just a few). Solving problems demands patience - so keep your emotions in check before you press the post button. Boomer's Forum Moderators are here on a purely volunteer basis, and although we will make every attempt to assist all of our users, not all questions or technical issues can be fully addressed through these areas.

6. Take the time to thank those who have helped you, and tell people the problem has been solved. If you post a problem and then solve it yourself - post the answer - not just "solved it". Others who have the same problem would like to know how you solved it; and we do too!

7. No useless posts - ie "it doesn't work" or simple thread bumping. The first is a waste of time (refer previous point), and the second is simple impatience. Sometimes it takes a couple of days to research a problem and formulate an answer. Forum mods have lives and other commitments too - so there may be a delay in answering. Useless posts will be deleted.

8. We reserve the right, without restriction, to remove any post from these areas without notification to the original poster or respondents, soley at our discretion.
