Gamers Delight - 2006/08/15 23:53 I was wondering. Im getting into computer gaming again i would like to know if the gamers delight is an upgradeable system and if so would i be able to play games like Return to castle wolfenstein ET and then later down the road up grade the Vid card and add more ram. ?

Re:Gamers Delight - 2006/08/17 04:47 Yes the gamers delight is fully upgradeable to the top of the heap in everything right now. Max's out at 4GB of ram and video card upgrading is not a problem. IT will play everything out there right now.

The Gigabyte GA-K8N-SLI Motherboard is a 939 class mainboard that supports 64 & 64fx processors with a core speed of 3000+ and faster.

The board supports up to 4Gbs of RAM in 4 independent slots. RAM configurations of higher than 2GBS are rarely used for gaming configurations and will most likely not benefit gaming performance to a signifigant degree.

The Gigabyte GA-K8N-SLI Motherboard also supports SATA II and SATA II RAID, supporting up to 8 drives on it's two independent SATA controllers. This mainboard also has support for IDE drives and optical devices.
